That's the thing, if you only need to improve your speaking English, that means you already know how to read/write/listen in English, which is definitely something positive, it's just that your speaking is passive, meaning you don't practice it, or never did. If this is the case, you are in luck, all you need to do is communicate with other people(as many as you can as much as you can), had the same case with one of the languages I know(russian), in around 6 months maybe less, I could freely speak it, with minor errors. So instead of wasting money on some courses, just play games, join voice chats, and communicate as much as possible. As a second option, you can always watch tv shows/movies(this definitely improved my English over the years).
Good luck

This is pretty much what i did:
-Watch english movies with subtitles on
-Turn on subtitles in videogames
-Have someone to speak the language with everyday
-Listen to audiobooks
-Read books
-Just make it your everyday life and you will learn alot from it

That is a good thing to desire, my humble advice is to read more of books written in English and watch some little more British movies.
