It is 40MB because I included the runtime within the binary, through this it doesn't need any dependencies which is my definition of native i.e. (works on every system without installing additional frameworks, runtimes or libraries).

Seems interesting, but I don't quite understand why you would create a 45mb executable that includes the entire runtime to make it pseudo native if you could simply create a truly native exe that is below 50kb?

You also said that it's not recommended to inject during runtime. Does it use any injection routine or other protection mechanism by itself or is the registry entry the only persistence feature? Can the entry be viewed using regedit?

As there was a lot of confusion about the size of the payload. I am also offering a runtime-dependent version, which will be around 171 KB in size.
Keep in mind that you can spread the original version via my C++ Loader and .lnk Exploit in the same way, while not being dependent on the runtime.
