It's quite the opposite for me. I will pay myself last. :)

Did you ever feel scared in the beginning to invest time and money with potentially little to no return? Any tips to someone aspiring to do this? I'm envious.
I was scared shitless.
My first order from distributors was about 40% (around $1.5k) of my starting budget.
I thought I'll never sell the goods I bought. Took me about 4 days to sell them and make a profit, then re-invest the money.
I had a few points in the last 7 months when things were "go big or go home". We were lucky and went big every time.

Sounds very interesting and exciting!
It's a retail company. A store.

Because I worked my full time job and took the executive role in the company. I hired people for the part of business I couldn't fulfill myself.
For example, I needed a salesperson when I opened the store, because I couldn't work in the store AND work my full time job.
I also have an above-the-average salary and would rather hire people or re-invest the money in my company, while still earning money from my full time job.
I still didn't cash out a single penny, and I don't plan until 2022 (at least).

Yes, my workdays are around 14-16h.

Thanks buddy, appreciate it.
It's still stressful, once it stabilises it'll be much better.

Inspirational work my friend. Im trying out some side hustles with my current job, and failing at all of them. Do you have any advice for people who want to start side hustles or own startup while working full time at their job?

What a nice achieving story to read this morning, good job on the risk, glad it has finally paid off for you.

@OP;
Don't mind the "you just advertise for ebooks" kind of members, you're doing great!
To motivate us even more, share something about your team or more into what you all are doing. Very interesting!

Keep it up, work on your errors, make your crew happy. Be strict and help the young ones grow.

Congratulations are in order! Not many are actually able to turn their online business into a physically run shop.

Work harder and check the numbers. Stay profitable.
