It sounds like they are not considering your feelings and just trying to make themselves feel better by putting you down.
Do not let their words define your self-worth. Focus on yourself.

Everyone does like at a different pace. Just because you are not where your "friend" is, doesn't make it right for them to talk down to you. One thing...once you do make it big, stay humble! The world doesn't need any more ugly!

A lot of this is projection. Your mind is perceiving their success as your lack of worth, it's doubtful they called you just to tell you how horrible you are. Making your first million is quite hard, you should be proud of them, and see what you can learn from them rather than contempt them and hate yourself for it.
