No, it won't. VB6 and VB.NET are two different things.

Thankyou for this Flaming worm, I might have a look into the RAT's and Crypter's, Also wouldn't RAT's be easier for Port Forwarding or things like that because of the .NET Framework 2.0/Socket stability it has?

No, it is not. VB6 is different than VB8.

Port forwarding has nothing to do with the RAT/source code.
