You haven't applied within the last 8/9 hours because I have been online non-stop and you did not even join the #Apps channel.
Please stop posting nonsense here, everytime that I'm online to review applications I post in this thread, which is pretty much 8 hours a day.

The last time I was in the Apps channel I saw you and some other dude, but when I pm'ed you you didn't respond. I also tried posting in the chat, but no reply. When I typed !rules like instructed when I joined, nothing happened. So what now? What channel do I join for exchanging, and where do I get the MIRC crack?

You can search any warez forum for mIRC crack or even use google for that matter. When my name shows in #Apps you can just paste your application into that channel and I WILL read it. The exchange bot is down right now so thats why !rules does not work for the moment.
Please try joining again today.
