One suggestion : Avoid 'Sangoma' tribes there. They do this 'Muti' rituals to prepare medicine. This medicine is from animal, plant, human bones, flesh, organs etc...One thing to note here is : They cut human body parts only when they are alive. The more they scream, the better the quality of medicine preparation would be as they assume.
