I have a problem.
When I upload calc.exe (just the normal calculator) to test, everything works fine.
But when I upload it with say, virus.exe (edit index2.html too) and I try again, I get the following error:
Cannot initialize Update.exe
And my virus won't download.
Does anyone know the solution to my problem?

I figured it out.
It was because the VirtualBox I was testing on didn't have .NET Framework installed, therefore it couldn't execute my keyloggers.
Too bad alot of people (read: potential victims) do not have the .NET Framework installed by default :(
