There's not really a way to "prove" it, especially because it's just for fun. However, each week I'll be posting a thread for discussion, where you can talk about all of the episodes that came out that week. Posting in that is probably the closest thing you can do to proving that you watched it :)

It's not in your list but it started in the same week as Red Data Girl which is part of this season.
