This is just Screen Locker there is nothing same with RAT.

what you mean by "Disable UAC"? only to boot the screen locker? or just turn off the UAC system?

LOL, works fine. Run it in SB and it locked my PC well. It was even hard to enter the password because of the error messages given out (probably because of the SB).
Changed icon and assembly and scanned that:

Yep saw it got some errors some time i try fix it soon.

When you Run Stub its Turn off UAC System.
