I think this is a shame, trying to change the rate after the BTC value dropped and the guy already lost quite a % because of the fee.. Not the seller's fault.

User sent money after 3-5 hours. User never sent me money instantly.
User have 2 options.
I'll pay $98.78 according to the transaction link = https://blockchain.info/tx/3f8bf5e7a7e8a...c934ac8b77
or the amount I've got in bitcoin + i will cover bitcoin fee from my end.
I don't care about the money but sorry rules are rules.
