Havij is outdated
tha last version 1.17 released in 2012 and closed development.
Havij cant exploit new websites because of WAFS changing and updating regularly and havij has no idea about.
it will exploit websites that has been exploited and dumped their DB by number people like you in the last years that use same tool HAVIJ.
I would recommend people to learn sqlmap it has a number of evasion scripts for WAFS and can perform different injection method if one is succeeded.
