Really depends, if you crack / recover accounts (then transfer wealth) congrats to you, as I doubt I could ever get someones information just from simple things let alone recoveries etc (if any is set).
If you sell accounts that are "active" and sell them you're scummy, but if they're inactive, then yes. Sell em.
