Haven't had the opportunity to test it out yet but it looks good. Hopefully there will still be future uses for the API.

Sucks that people couldn't just wait for you/Xerotic to develop an alerts plugin that you actually like, nonetheless at least the threads will stop coming in now.

Amazing didn't think this would ever be implemented as I think I recall a post like that around whenever I joined but it's a great feature liking it already.

It's directed at Omni. You can't add the source code yourself as it's not entirely client side. It's going to require a template edit in order to add it in - If he's interested then I can pass the logic/code onto him for it to be implemented.

Alright I appreciate it anyhow! Hopefully he adds this looks really nice I feel like that just made this site 100 times better!

Sure thing. Sent him a message already about this and waiting on a reply.
It wouldn't need testing though. It's honestly a really simple concept, if you want me to explain it to you in PM you can easily write the code yourself and understand how it works.
It's not the most pretty code, but it's pretty short, as in maybe 1-2 lines.
