Can i get some details for this? Sounds very interesting!
Also, is there any reason why there is a limit to the amount of time you can have the company on your resume? What if you don't need the reference so much as just the experience for padding?

The companies I am giving experience for only usually take Summer/Winter Interns and that's for a period of 1-4 months; with the highest performing interns offered permanent positions in the company.
Being this, I need to adhere to their policies as I am still operating from within the realms of them. Sometimes I am able to extend the time period- or label you as a recurring intern, but that's on a discussion basis.
