I read a lot of marketing books, but I did read in my childhood a lot about rituals, magick, life-lessons, mentorships, motivational books, money books and horror books. I stopped reading when I lost time for that, but I find myself being able to relax with a good book.
If I am accepted to your Book club, I would love to be recommended a good read. If I'm not accepted, I understand too.

Id be interested if everyone gets to submit their idea for the next book and everyone votes. Right now I’m reading an aviation biography from the 60s called Fate Is The Hunter. But I read lots of different stuff.

Yeah I think it would be vote/suggestion based but probably nothing too niche

I’m thinking let everyone submit a few things and do a poll
That’s why I’m thinking keeping it a little smaller rather than large. Harder to get everyone to agree on something if there’s too many people.
Will probably have the poll open until everyone’s voted and then give a week or so for everyone to find a copy
II have added users and made an information thread in the Sub Forum.

So I just searched for "book club" to make sure I wasn't going to be posting a redundant thread in the lounge and I found this. Is this still going on?I would like to join if it is. I listen to audiobooks all day at work but have no one in real life to talk to about them.
