It's a program that binds two files together.
Example:
You enter
File A
and
File B
into the program and it will give you an output of
File AB
This way when you run it, both files will execute.

Wow. I don't know what's wrong with the site.
I completed a painstaking survery (lead me through all these damn offers) and when I got to the end, it just tells me i'm a Cat from Wonderland (filled out the alice in wonderland thing..) and doesn't give me a damn download link.
sigh. I can't even see anything else now.
