I think the stub should work with the builder.
iStealer uses a VB 6 builder, but a C++ stub.

When i try to crypt my file it makes the Crypted.exe but it makes it as 0.00MB and no content? :S

Do you know anything else to make the stub FUD I got it 1/24 ESET NOD32 v3 detects it, if not... then I'll just move on to another crypter and leave this one and the current stub in a folder then get back to it to try to make it FUD later on.

For NOD32, kill the process.
