I own 1 business, have my internet markting team working for another eCommerce business and i am a co-partner in another online business. I have a total of 19 staff that are all either SEO'ers, internet marketers, GFX'ers, social media geeks, coders and data entry at my disposal.

For the rest.
1.Am not going to be working on a blog- Just dont feel personal :P - registering a domain now instead
2.Am down to laying a business plan and getting my concepts actually in detailed paper.I'll be giving it to my chief investor and coders in 72 hours from now so they have a clear idea of what we're getting into
3.Yes ,we'll be open to more investments (I'll explain this once our sites are up)
4.Am still recruiting people - I havent recruited 1/100 of the task force we can use.However very very few people will be making REAL dough (the kind that run into 1000's) We need the rest :) Depending on how good you work,you'll earn more
5.We'll need marketeers next!Am kind of all set n steady with the website coders for now - So keep an eye.Because everyone and anyone can be a marketeer and referrals will be paid INSTANTLY
6.EVERYONE aiming at the support staff job -Please wait ,while i get stuff done-We do need you people,you form an integral part of what we aim at being,but please be patient
7.I've been talking with my chief investor/partner and considering business policies.I cant reveal much on to this aspect.However 10 percent of everything we earn! (thats right,10 straight percent,no strings attached) =Will be going to charity.If you have charities you wish to enlist with us - Let us know and i'll consider them as time passes by.

I have an offline team who develops solutions for banks, they're a solid team and do projects which involve forecasting and what not. Not exactly the best UI/UX but they can bring projects to market. They do custom offline solutions as well (pet hotel reservation and billing system) peanuts though they charged 12k for the work.
My "core expertise" is marketing and I noticed you've recently opened up to looking for marketing partners.

Thanks for the interest.I apologize for the delays we face.Heres current updates
1.Will be presenting papers to my Chief investor soon,Startup investment of around 10,000 usd - Sent in parts to meet expenses,not all together
2.I will be personally investing close to 3000 usd -Again in parts,as i get paid from my current setups
3.We'll be having an ipo model ,initial investor openings for the people of hf/other websites.That wil be made possible,once we can have a set group of concepts and coders we can work with - Thats where i'll truly need initial marketers - You'll be paid referral shares for every investment and top 5 marketers will be hired with a fixed salary for our projects
4.I've been on and off a lot -this is basically because of a number of reasons - starting with my pc to my modem to my service provider.However i understand delays are not to be tolerated in business,therefore i'll be online tonight from 4:30 PM GMT to 4:30 AM GMT - Yes thats a total of straight 12 hours, fully uninterrupted
5.My coder friends have started their work,domains are up - activated with cloudflare for now but we'll be moving to dedicated servers in 3 days time.If anyone seling hosting/referring hosting websites - would like to show their portfolio ,now is the time
6.This ones for those who are good with SE - I've been thinking a lot lately :P - I think those who have experience with SE can have a shot at support staff too,mostly because of their skills with making people understand- however no attempts at fraud/stealing cash off our customers would be tolerated
7.Our charity funds will be split into 70:20:10 .This means out of the 10 percent of our income we keep apart for charity 70 percent will go to orphanages that same month,20 percent will be kept apart for disaster/emergency funds and 10 percent will be kept as employee insurance.This means - if someone working with us/our team faces issues in real life / has an emergency including hospital expenses or loans -we'll be helping them a bit.Kind of an interest free loan system.The employee can then choose to pay us back in parts whenever he/she can - and that same amount will be kept in that fund which can then be used to help other employees or donated to charity when we donot have contingency situations
8.I have not added anyone in skype lately - neither have i had an actual conversation with anyone yet,mostly because i've been busy.However tonight i'll be on for all your doubts and queries.And yes i defintiely look forward to partnering/acquisitioning couple existing companies that can use a better management and financial setup

Am going to get this one point straight to everyone. This is BUSINESS. Not your high school coding fantasy. So if you apply and get hooked up for a job I expect you to deliver. Money is not a god darn issue for me as long as you deliver what's told to you. There's lots and loads of dough to be made. I know school/job is an important aspect of your lives, but I do expect you to be telling me things in advance.
Our investor spots are up and open. We'll have an official investor deposit website in a week - We're in the process of coding it up. I've been having delays thanks to some school skids taking up projects and not delivering (though my core team took a while off with due notice, and that's fine and fair).
I'll be signing my NDNC contracts with a few guys from here in a week before we make anything accessible to the public just yet. In the meanwhile here's updates
1.We're still coding up the base website-it has a forum integration on another end for easier interaction
2.All employee's are expected to use MS office cloud integration from today onwards for easier sharing of info
3.Our IM client is 70 percent coded and done with
4.Our website domain lists will PROBABLY be made public today -Not sure
5.Am redoing the finances of the company to avoid any possible flaws.
6.The website for investor deposits will be made public only a week or 2 from now due to legal reasons
7.If the big boys here have a business proposition, contact me
Once again am going to make this clear to everyone. Do not contact me asking for upfront payments. I don't want a one time do and get lost kind of employee. I treat all my employees as plain bosses and maybe muffin can vouch for that. I don't really bother much if you delay with due notice and make up later. I don't care if you act kiddish too, but I do care if you act like money hungry bastards who cant deliver. There's lots of dough to be made and if you think you're worth it - join us. If not do not add me in Skype and waste my time. If you're looking at a 1k pay per week - act like it!
