And what if i used fake info?
You will get the funds on another PayPal account. No worries, will work.

Vouch for my bro MiTo, I got my my money from my limited account to my offshore account after only going through this e-book once. Thanks so much!

* - Karma. - Aug 3, 2012

Sadly both my Paypals got limited, but I tried yesterday before it had got limited and I got money back but now it's all locked sadly. Vouch for MiTo.

* - AVNT - Aug 4, 2012

Oh damn, sorry to hear that Karma. However, I'm glad you got your money back!

Hey MiTo,

Going to be asking some questions here, not just for me, but to help you and others out to consolidate most of the questions and answers into one place.

For everyone that doesn't know, there is a difference between a limited and a frozen account. With a limited account, given you follow PayPal's procedures, you can potentially un-limit your account. With a frozen one, you are f*cked. 180 days of wait time until you have access to your money.

So here are the questions (please respond with the answer next to the question):

1. Will this work on frozen accounts also?:

2. If the account is limited, will i be able to transfer my money to another PayPal account or must i do a withdrawal to my bank account?:

3. If the account is frozen, will i be able to transfer my money to another PayPal account, or must i do a withdrawal to my bank account?:

4. I have used fake information to open this PayPal account, will this method still work for me?:

5. Does this method work internationally?:

5a. If this method does NOT work internationally, what countries does it work in?:

6. Do i need to log in to my PayPal account in order to do this method? (I ask this in case people want to sell this as a service, because if it involves logging into a PayPal account to do, this might not be able to be offered as a service that can be sold to a stranger/customer with a limited/frozen PayPal account, as the customer would most likely be uneasy with us accessing all of their financial details):

7. Is this guaranteed to work? If there isn't a guarantee, could you give us an approximate % chance of this working?:

Thanks MiTo, just trying to help and in turn get my own question (question number 6) answered. :)

Hey Mercator,

Haha this seems like an interview at first sight, do you work for paypal? 😝
Frozen means permanently limited, if someone doesn't get it yet 🙂. Sure, here we go:

1.Yes, if the paypal account meets the requirements this method will work.
2.Yes, no withdrawal is required.
3.Yes, no withdrawal is required.
4.Yes of course.
5.Yes.
6.Yes, you'll need to log in to your paypal account along with the owner of the account which could be done via TeamViewer (only if selling as service) to apply the method.
7.As I said if it meets the requirements this method will work, I would say a 80%. A lot of people have got their money back using this method, a few failed because their paypal didn't meet the requirement.

Also, I've pm'd you a requirement which isn't published in this thread.

Thank you, if you have further queries let me know I'll be more than happy to answer (:

Doesn't matter, you can still send money unless it's limited.

Dear XX,

Important information:

We appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision to leave your account in a permanent limitation status is final.

This measure is necessary to protect against the risk of bad customer experiences and financial losses, in view of certain activity related to your account that we have reason to believe has taken place.

Your right to appeal:

We always perform a thorough investigation before deciding to initiate the closure of an account. However, we appreciate that from time to time misunderstandings can happen. If you wish, you can appeal our decision. Just get in touch with us and let us know. You can do so by logging in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk and clicking 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any PayPal page.

This measure is necessary to protect against the risk of bad customer experiences and financial losses, in view of certain activity related to your account that we have reason to believe has taken place.

Your account balance during the account closure period:

This decision means we must oversee the appropriate movement of any money currently in your account. A gradual approach to account closure allows us to part ways, while considering any liabilities that may arise. Our aim is to review any valid buyer claims lodged against you. We must allow enough time for claims to be filed as these can take several months to be reported and resolved.

How will the process work?

We’ll hold any money currently in your account in accordance with section 2 below. We do this because it provides sufficient time for most claims, such as chargebacks, to be filed by other parties. These claims can result in financial loss. If your account balance is below zero, you’ll have to settle the amount owing on your account to avoid further action.

Our first review at 30 days after you received your last payment will calculate our exposure and we’ll release any excess money to you at that time for withdrawal. We’ll communicate this to you at the time. This review can result in 3 different outcomes as detailed in sub-sections 2(1)-(3) below. We’ll always communicate the outcome of our reviews to you.

1. We’ll release your entire remaining balance to you for withdrawal. Please note that if you choose not to withdraw the money at that point we reserve the right to re-coup any money at the next review; or

2. We’ll release a part of your remaining balance to you. If this is the case we’ll inform you about how much money can be withdrawn. We’ll then conduct another review 30 days later that will repeat the process detailed under section 2; or
3. We won’t release any money to you if we deem our exposure to be greater than or equal to your available balance.

Your account may be reviewed up to 5 times; at 30 day intervals until day 180 from the date of the last payment received. If any money remains in your account at day 180 it will be made available for withdrawal at that point.

Accounts with a balance owing to PayPal:

If your account shows an amount owing to us, you must add money to ensure that the balance returns to zero. Please note that we reserve the right to recover the amount by legal means.

A copy of our User Agreement can be found by clicking ‘Legal Agreements’ at the bottom of any PayPal page. Our right to close your PayPal account, and the retention of money, are covered in our User Agreement under sections 10.2 and 10.3.

Sincerely,
PayPal Account Review
Also can I pay you after I get the $ out?
OR
You can do it for me over TV and you pay yourself $20. I don't want the method if you do it c:

The reason I'm saying this is because I've bought methods before which never worked. And ended up losing $ for nothing.
If it works I'll get you $20 easy. My account has been limited around 2 weeks ago, early this month. Moreover I don't have $ on me since I don't have a paypal
No sorry, you must pay the ebook first. However, this isn't a money making ebook therefore you won't lose $ for nothing. I'll pm you the basic requeriments to get this working.
