I don't know if I'm the only one facing this problem but whenever I type something into the richtextbox, the cursor gets back to the beginning so the text gets reversed like this:

(I typed in "hackforums")

1) I though the same but LogInButtonWithProgress is actually a normal button.

2) He said that he uses 54,54,54 as background color.

You can use the ButtonWithProgress as a ordinary button, just don't change the value and it acts normal.
and 54,54,54 on the argb colour scale.

I think there is a problem with the RichTextBox again. It responds like there is no text in it at all. For example if I type in "hackforums" and use it in a messagebox nothing shows up.

MsgBox(LogInRichTextBox1.Text)
