i cant do any commands! i can login, use the version command and thats it! nothing else works!!! not even the remove command works? help anyone?

Have you looked at the FAQ?
Make sure that you respected the case when configuring your bot.

And try the following command chain
!privlogin PASSWORD | !silence 0 | !visit http://google.com | !logout
If this works then it means that this is your problem.

yes i did respect case, it joins my channel just fine and accepts the login command, and the version command. thats it. i set the silence to FALSE too so i wouldnt have to deal with that
Edit: !login works, !privlogin did nothing, !silence 0 did nothing, and !visit did nothing, !logout worked tho?
