It's a pretty basic guide to spreading on torrent websites. The guide is great for people who are BRAND new to trying to spread. If you have a general idea on how to spread on torrent websites, then I'd suggest not buying the eBook.

The only reason i have not provided proof is because i have stopped ratting a lonh time ago.
