Well done lads 🙂. I started on a similar "application" a month ago but I got sidetracked. I was going to build it using Angular and use GH Pages for hosting - I hoped for users to submit themes via a pull request, not unlike this website for Jekyll themes.

If I could offer you some constructive feedback, the styles are a little botched - each menu item appears "active" and the responsive grid appears broken on small view ports. I also think it would be nice if when you clicked an image, the image would enlarge - PhotoSwipe works really nicely for this.

I was waiting for someone to point those things out :P
The menu items are both active for the moment, and the grid doesn't size down for smaller view ports on purpose
I will also look into photswipe, seems like a nice addition
