Sorry to say, but girls aren't impressed at all by expensive clothes, nor OG accounts (lmao sorry but it was impossible not to laugh about that). They are impressed by the following
Confidence.
Good posture/body language.
Nice skin and consistent body muscles.
Grooming and shit (the way you dress, the way you style your hair etc)

Its a combination of all these things that make girls talk to you and not backwards, I think the most important is the confidence, says a lot about you man.

If you're serious, stop being so gay. Talking about yourself doesn't get you anywhere. Talk to people you want to be friends with about anything, if you have similar interests they might want to be your friend.
Honestly in high school the easiest way is to go to parties. Just go have a drink with someone you want to be friends with and bam, friends. I just go introduce myself non-awkwardly and say hi to them in hallways and shit. You can try that too if you aren't socially spastic.
