Honestly the whole situation is fishy, but why would the guy go out and spend $1,000 of his OWN money, just to get $650 in bitcoin. Doesn't that get the red lights flashing on its own if you think about it?

While I am not saying that the OP has a legitimate report open, I can confirm that when something gets cancelled it looks exactly like that. I have had an order cancelled by Walmart (at my request) and it says exactly that.
