These are two very important people, and very polarizing figures. It's a rather simple reason Hillary has more, because she has less followers. Why not have several fake .. bots to follow these two whatever polarizing tweets they tweet 1000 bots retweet, and give which ever person more visibility, and thus reach more people. If there is say an issue on which both of these people are posting about or have posted about, retweet and make the divide larger, you are neither for nor against, but you divide the enemy. By polarizing the issues from both of these people and leave it where politically they are unable or unwilling to act.
Hillary is not really relevant any further since 2000 she has been trying to angle for a Presidency, yet to most of America she is unlikable, but still some percentage of Americans dislike the current President. So to these people Hillary lost but is the rightful winner.( I am neither Republican nor Democrat I am a strict Constitutionalist and American.)
