He does get paid every week but our arrangement includes a once a month award sale to help him earn from the community sort of like a waiter who depends on his tips. I just gave Xerotic an increase in his payments last month too. I can only afford to pay him so much. At some point it's too expensive to come out of my pocket and I'd rather slow development down or hire someone in India.
This might be the last XDNA award if it doesn't go for BIN. I don't want these threads to continue as they have been with the sentiment he is begging and that I'm not paying him enough.
