This is actually pretty accurate.
Another thing that drives leaders away from an application is when someone is overly cocky. Very unappealing.

I am gonna legit apply for wolf pack on the 16th when I loose my warning level I will try to make a impressive application
and use your thread as a guide when applying. Wolf pack and the marketers cartel are what im going for. Worse comes to worse
