Pretty scary to see a supposedly legit and trustable platform having this kind of behavior from nigth to day, the reviews on trust pilot leave no doubts that are a increasing number of users having problems, but they have some recent replys on there, dont quit and make pressure on them, hate scammers.

I was about to invest some crypto on nexus to earn interest, but reading this things makes me have second thoughts, money is hard to earn and doesnt grow on trees

Do you have any updates regarding this OP? Because I am using Blockchain.com and there has never been an issue, even though, I did want to be able to withdraw them to FIAT money.

Update:
They replied my ticket, coins are on "HOLD" and I have to provide them all this:

Not your keys, not your money. Costed me a lot of money, hopefully they will someday release my money....

They are holding it too much for no reason at all.
The main reason people bought crypto is because of anonymity, now that there's money to be withdrawn all of a sudden you need to verify.

Posting to see updates.
hope you get your $$.

Oh no, this isn't good.

I think I am going to withdraw all my funds back to my wallet, I am curious whether they will do the same with me?

Also at OP are you Gold Level?

EDIT:

Great I am trying to withdraw and it keeps saying
"Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact support if the issue persists.
Error: Insufficient balance for simple buy"

Great...

Hm, try to get backup phrase from Blockchain and then to use backup phrase in another wallet? That may work I guess.
EDIT:
Oh I just saw you using their interest service... So backup phrase won't help.. I'm sorry, hope if you get this solved guys.

Not getting it back, neither gaining interest. I've also seen a lot of complaints on their app store / facebook comments, seems like a lot of people having issues with them.

Got on live chat with support - Apparently they had problems withdrawing directly to the trading wallet so I had to withdraw to my private wallet hence incurring the fees. (FYI: Transfering to the trading wallet meant 0 fees - Then I could move it on after that to any other wallet I wanted)

So I got the result I wanted but at the cost of a fee :/
