for customers i've never had anyone banned.
For hosting it depends on the day, i've gone 4 weeks without getting banned while hosting and ive had 2 bans in one day

It's rare to find someone being honest like you are about things like this. It's good. A lot of others would act like a ban is impossible as long as they get a sale from lying.
