No. If I were giving like steam keys or something and requesting pop in return? Yes. I don’t believe it applies here as there are several others doing this actively as well.
Omni is fairly quick, and if not him a mentor or staff member would have shut this down already.

Alright, was just wondering, because I have never seen a thread like that before. I mean I've seen lots of QL 4 QL threads, but never seen any of those asking for +pop as well. They just seemed to come out of nowhere within the past 48 hours, but maybe that's just me.
