When someone downloads our rats do they have to have net frame work on there cpu. I built me server and crypted it everything works good and i try to spread it through messenger they tell me all the time they cant open it. I dowloaded it from one of my other cpu and it says the apllication failed to intialize. Does anyone knows what going on here. By the way flaming you got good stuff. Thanks for are your hard work.

come on guys.....itÀ'S too easy to decrypt....use your hands and google and write zara-128 decrypt and you find crypo website...use it is the best to decrypt so now let's go www.google.com

Too bad that this way you won't learn anything from the process. I would suggest to study each kind of encryption and decrypt manually. This way you get and idea from what every kind of encryption does. Wiki is a great friend also!

I got error opening the file (winini) i puted it in folder and when i open i get this error

You are not suppose to open winini. It is suppoes to just stay in the folder and you use the crypter.
