My guide explains optimizing. If you have an AMD 5450, then put this into your batch configuration:

Just after your last letter on the first line (not pause).

Open CMD and type these two commands:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

Then try again.

Its been 5 minutes and it still says 0 on OmniBlu
(my worker name and pass is user and password)
It says stratum requested work restart after like 13 of those thread things...

My idea would be that you're mining too slow. There's really nothing you can do about that.
Try to type -t 3 after your configuration (first line). Increase the number 3 and check your hash rate. At some point it will stop working or get slower than previous, so stick to the number before that.
