You won't believe this. After sending all documents (include all English translation) they still have not complete the process. It has been 3 weeks after their confirmation all of my document is correct. They ignored my emails too (1 email / 1 waiting week). I bugged live support for 3 days straight before the other department reply that they are still working on the process. So after 2 months, my LR account is still limited. The only way to get reply from lr is to bug the hell out of live support or you will only get "please wait for other department to reply".
