The account is still limited. They keep saying to wait. That is the reason I don't stock more than $300 LR at this time. I have lot LR seller but unfortunately I do not want to buy all. I have lost quick many exchanger but I won't be playing games with LR. They might just limit my new account.

I am not in US. If you can do international transfer then no problem for bank to LR but I will require bank proof. I am not into blackhat or illegal activities so my requirements is stricter then other.

Yes, I am doing WU/Bank. However WU from US to Hungary is very expensive. Fee is higher compare with bank transfer.
