It is fine to get some feedback in order to improve your submission. We can't stop people from asking friends and family for their opinions and such.

From what I've read you can post several submissions, but you can only use one for the final assessment.
So technically one artwork per person. You also are responsible with letting the judges know which submission you'd like to use in the final assessment.

Correct. Multiple submissions, but only one which you must specify will be considered.
