Holy hell, that's f:ed up man. How much was it that they "took" and did you provide them all that crap that they asked for? -their response kinda reminds of the people who I work with, incompetent af.
Would it maybe be time to file an official police report for fraud?

Exactly why I have a hardware wallet and don't stake anything. I don't this at all.
Hope you get your money back soon, the amount of information they are requesting is insane. It's basically "if you can't provide me everything we'll keep your funds".
