Anyway dude, calm down lol. You made the home page of a not that famous (i personally never heard of that .gov site before) website redirect to it's server auth. one. Then you didn't really do anything to fbi, white house, nor cia. As you said it requires trusted connection. I doubt feds would even get involved, probably the login credentials of consumer.gov would be changed as i stated earlier.

He didn't, he realized it after he did get access to consumer.gov without having any proxies or VPN enabled.
