Would it be possible to modify some of the binder sources to bind any kind of file together, like .exe and a picture?

Can someone please help me out with this? I downloaded this like 6 times and my AVG goes ape nuts. If I press ignore it removes the file, if I press move to vault it removes the file and if I close the warning it removes the fILE!!
Please what can I do? I tried turning avg off but it still detects something..

Never mind, I copied the file before clicking anything, and then pasted it after avg removed the original file. And if I get rid of AVG, what are some other anti-virus malware protection software would you recommend then?
