Hypothetical: A man is pulled over for speeding 47 MPH(in a 30 mph zone), and is found with Heroin in salable amounts in his ca
(officer saw it, and excessed reasonable suspicion to confirm).
That man is arrested/charged with heroin dealing, and is also issued his respective speeding ticket. He server 5 years in prison
Does this mean that the next time someones caught doing 47 in a 30, it will be a valid point if bystanders start saying "Oh, that's funny, last person who did 47 in a 30 did 5 years in prison." without mentioning the fact that that person was ALSO dealing fucking heroin?
No, that sounds ridiculous because getting 5 years in prison would never happen with something as minor as a speeding ticket (for 17 mph over), as (most likely) calling Tibit a name would never yield a ban. But dealing heroin & speeding would yield 5 years in prison, just as threatening someone/swatting Tibit(like SkyLine is accused of), and calling Tibit a cunt is something you'll probably get a ban for.
47 MPH= cunt
30 MPH zone= Tibit
speeding ticket= Calling Tibit a cunt.
heroin= whatever else skyline did to be banned
5 years prison= ban
My point is, that's quite incomplete observation you're making, as you're comparing minor aspects of an infringement(and people who mimic these minor aspects), with the punishment of the ENTIRE infringement
