The guy that accused you of scamming has been a member since March 2016 and is Non-Upgraded (Completely unsuspicious and looks legit)
You've been a member for 25 days & have already bought L33T and are using the site as if you've been here before.
Now I don't wanna scrutinise your ass just because you've decided to contribute to the site while your account is at a young age.. However, it does seem like you're a ban evader / a multi attempting to scam vulnerable Non-Upgraded members.
