I'd PM and let him know I have hired a Hitman. In the pm I'll list his private info and any info that'll scare him. Slowly I'll mess with him IRL leaving raw beef and pork blood all over his doorsetp.

The easiest thing would be to go there yourself and tell him who you are.. He will probably return the money. If not, report him to the police

Not to condone violence or anything, but personally id run up inside his gaff, give him that right hook while saying "Think you can scam me you silly cunt, come here you!" and just keep beating on him until he is unconscious then rob his gaff.

Depends on where the person is located like in Canada or the US. Laws are different everywhere, I would go based upon the severity of the legal punishment. If they're just going to get something simple like a restitution order, then I would rather go deal with it myself. You know?
