Not sure if you are trying to act smart or not. February end in 28th. Op said it will end on the 29 of the february, so i guess it should have ended yesterday. You dont know OP's local time so chill and mind your own business. Dont say 3 days and things like that.

It's uses the .net framework, not java, and it's a .exe.
