You are seeing the Plesk panel for a completely different reason, he has not hacked shit.
It is because the SSL is deprecated (this skid has nothing to do with that.)
Thus the when using HTTPS you will get the Plesk admin login.

Now he claims that he replaced he server default and some-how gain access to that very login page LOL,
The server default was probably up for another more technical reason.
