They fixed it atlast
i DELETED one account 2 days ago
and next day it gt fixed
now IT ASKS FOR PASSWORD while reporting account
fish facebook
But it is of great USE if u knw a previous password
just enter that and that account will be a history in 2-3 days
the account i deleted 2 days ago took a whole 2 weeks to gt vanished

I has been fixed. You can only delete account if you know password.
