I might just take my car and ram it through their house just to show them not to fuck with me.

Contact the authorities with evidence that you were scammed by the person in question and take it through the legal system. There is honestly no point in you causing trouble or visiting them personally, I'm assuring you that more problems would arise from this. This type of money, $1,000, is actually a fair amount of money and I could name a few people that would do terrible things for that money, all though it's not entirely life changing in any form. If you have all the evidence you need, I'm sure contacting the cops is the best way about it. If everything was done on some sort of encrypted chat, my response would vary. I don't want to be the one to suggest you should pay him a visit because I don't know you or your mentality.

Fuck is Only money.
See how rockefeller turned everything in his head.
Knock on the door. Tell me what the situation looks like. And enter the company about which they will write in the newspapers.
For something virtual, people are able to rape and kill.

PS.This idea with his wife appealed to me the most. Take his wife so that he can see everything, but he could not do anything.

I'd call Chris Hansen
For this type of situation

I would wait outside their home casually in the car, pushing down on the horn with all my force non stop for 30+ mins till somebody walks outside to see what's going on. At that moment the car door swings open hard as shit I get out, look into the camera and shout WORLDSTAR & WHAT UP HACKFOURMS. The confused individual will instantly know he has no options but to take the intense beating. I walk to him, very slowly, stuttering he says I ca- I ca--I can p-p-p-pay you ba-back. That's no longer an option son. I get within swinging range. He closes his eyes and puts his hands over his face, while crying of course. A minute goes by, the individual is confused and terrified. He slowly puts his hands down. He still can't see though... Why? Because he got roundhouse TKO'd and thrown in the trunk of my car. Don't ask where I am taking him.

I'd learn from my mistakes and realize I'm a moron for getting scammed..

For sure, I'd go back and try to take any legal action that I can. If not, I would set something up and scope him out, find out where he hangs, then show up and befriend him. Then screw him over big time with something.

RE: You find out your scammer lives 30mins from you - ririki - Feb 8, 2018

it depends on the price he stole from me.

if it would be under 50$ i wouldn't care, probably i will just annoy him maybe it sounds childish
but if its more then 1k$ if i would do only legal shit i would call police and shit. but i wouldn't do that probably now. I will just annoy him and doing him shit things maybe would stalk him or some shit

I'd show up to his house acting like a pizza delivery, Then when he answers say his username and beat the fuck out of him and take his pockets.

That is actually a strategy that a few serial killers have employed to varying success.

Not a bad plan.

I wouldn't care I make 1k+ daily. Also if you get scammed for 1k you obviously didn't deserve the money with such low IQ. You can't hate a scammer, it's nature he saw you as an opportunity. I realized that people that get scammed on HF most of the time deserve it because of how greedy they are. You guys act like you never heard the phrase "If it's 2 good to be true IT PROBABLY IS". I never got scammed on HF, I can read people and how they think. I can tell when someone is trying to social engineer, and steal it's so easy.

So currency exchange scams equate to low IQ? Trust =/= intelligence
