You could use Scour to get money, and you don't even need a paypal, but it takes longer :/
There was a thread here a couple days ago that had a scour auto search thingy. I just run it everyday for about 30 mins, and it does 100 searches for me.

you have to fill out all the offers your youtube video just shows all the offer you filled out, if it not a scam send me $10 to my paypal

I don't care if you think it's a scam, you're missing out.
You just fill in random offers with fake information. No harm, and they pay you for it.
