I don't like this at all. Many of my exchanges have been with leets and non-upgraded members. This only takes exchange opportunities away from all members.
As always, each member should perform the necessary due diligence in order to complete a safe transaction.
Please reconsider this Omni.

No, what would be the point of making this rule is L33Ts & Regular members could bypass it.
That's classed as proxy selling & if staff find you doing so you'll probably get banned & repfucked.

It's no problem for you at all, you can just create a thread. They can post in your threads still, they just can't create one themselves.

So a normal user can buy Ep1c for $10 and make threads on here?
Obviously that wouldn't make sense, that's the same as buying l33t and making threads..
